Here you can find out when the 14-day right of withdrawal applies to your online purchases, and how to exercise it electronically, without logging in.
If you ordered a gift voucher online as a private individual (consumer), and the order is not for a specific game date and time, you may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of its conclusion – that is, of placing the order.
What happens next? After you submit it, we send you an automatic confirmation by email with the content of your notice and the date and time of submission. A colleague then reviews the order and the consequences of the withdrawal (for example, the refund of any amount already paid and what happens to a voucher already sent), and contacts you by email about the next steps.
